PROGRAM DESCRIPTION The Owens Corning Finance & Accounting Leadership Program (FALP) is intended to attract recent highly talented college graduates in the fields of Finance and/or Accounting. The program is designed to develop these individuals into future Finance Leaders through a structured 3 year competency-based rotational assignments in manufacturing, strategic business units, finance, and accounting operation areas. Mentoring opportunities are established with company leaders to provide on-going guidance and feedback. Participants receive continuous assessment and feedback against core competencies.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants attain roles such as plant controller, advanced auditor, senior accountant, financial or treasury analyst. This experience opens the door to many exciting and challenging opportunities in finance as well as other parts of the company.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
EDUCATION BA, BS or BBA in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or Business Administration with a 3.2 or greater overall GPA desired.
LOCATION OF ASSIGNMENT World Headquarters in Toledo, Ohio and various manufacturing facilities throughout North America, with a potential rotation internationally
