The West Virginia University Center for Excellence in Disabilities is seeking applications for a Finance and Business Administrator. This position is a senior administrative, management, and supervisory position, and is responsible for independent judgment and discretion in carrying out daily responsibilities.
In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will:
Be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Develop and disseminate programmatic expenditure reports.
Prepare the budget, ongoing management of the budget, and financial reporting and analysis.
Assist in preparation of grant budgets, prepares budget and budget narratives/justifications for multi-year grant proposals.
Perform complex financial calculations, such as financial ratios, statistical analyses, reconciling item trend analyses and forecasting.
