The Finance & Operations Manager of the Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) is primarily responsible for day-to-day financial, administrative, and operational management of the CTSI. Manages the CTSI complex budgets and is responsible for financial reporting of the NIH-funded Boston University Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA), to include a KL2 Scholar program and a TL1 Training Grant. Works closely with the CTSI leadership and Program Directors to help manage all financial and operational aspects of the CTSI. Serves as back up to CTSI Executive Director (ED) and represents the CTSI at BUSM financial and reporting meetings.
This is a grant funded position.
Salary: Grade 74
1-3 years of experience and Bachelor's degree required. Excel knowledge required. Previous experience in academic medicine and research administration or accounting a plus.
